PositionSummary

KeyResponsibilities
ProjectLeadership&Execution
*Leadtheplanning,coordination,andexecutionofcomplexmechanicalconstructionprojectsand/ormultipleconcurrentprojects.
*Developandimplementcomprehensiveprojectexecutionstrategiesalignedwithcompanyobjectives.
*Establishprojectcontrols,schedules,staffingplans,procurementstrategies,andriskmitigationplans.
*Provideleadershipanddirectiontoprojectteams,includingProjectManagers,AssistantProjectManagers,ProjectEngineers,andfieldleadership.
*Ensureeffectivecoordinationbetweeninternaldepartments,subcontractors,vendors,owners,architects,engineers,andgeneralcontractors.
FinancialManagement
*Assumefullresponsibilityforprojectprofitability,cashflow,forecasting,andfinancialperformance.

*Reviewandapproveprojectcostreports,billings,changeorders,andprocurementcommitments.

ContractAdministration&RiskManagement
*Reviewandnegotiateprimecontracts,subcontracts,purchaseagreements,andproject-specifictermsandconditions.

*OverseemanagementofRFIs,submittals,notices,changeorders,andprojectdocumentation.

*Serveastheprimaryexecutive-levelpointofcontactforowners,generalcontractors,engineers,andkeystakeholders.
