Job Title: Material and Supply Planner

Location: Pearl River, NY

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage execution and planning (0-36-month horizon) monthly cycle incl. budget in collaboration with critical material management.

  • Assesses the availability of materials.

  • Manages material issues with Site Scheduler and Manager of Warehouse and Logistics, depending on the horizon of the issue.

  • Responsible to work with Head of Supply Chain/ Product Team Lead to develop and monitor Supply Plans NH and subsequent SH campaigns.

  • Support all the actions needed to ensure the current Vaccines campaign executes as plan.

  • Management of the end-to-end supply of the current Vaccines NH campaign starting from demand, development of production plans (meeting country specific requirements) and monitoring the finished good supply plan.

  • Work with Product Quality and CMOs to develop and execute effective shipping schedule to allow for on time QC testing and manufacturing

  • Identifies and implements areas for process improvements for the delivery Vaccines product required for supply.

  • Support the implementation and use of new Planning and Execution Monitoring tools.

  • Work with Head of Supply Chain/ Product Lead to ensure end to end production and release of ~$400M in sales on an annual basis for the product lines.

  • This position will support management of approximately 2 products thru 6 planning levels from antigen thru finished goods for over 5 countries.

  • This position will be a key interface to Strategic International Growth within Sanofi

Responsible for supporting Head of Supply Chain/Product Team Lead with direct contact with:

  • International customers

  • Vaccines Franchise

  • Local site: Regulatory, Batch Release, Quality, Trade Compliance, Transportation, Operations Planning, Procurement, Finance

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, master's degree preferred.

  • 1+ years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferred experience in Supply Chain

  • 1+ years of experience working with Excel, Microsoft Word Office 365, iShift , TEAMS, Power BI, Snowflake or other ERP and reporting systems.
