Thisisahands-onrecruiting/AdminembeddedinDSI'sOff-SiteManufacturingoperation,supportingourfabricationshopsastheyramptowardfullproduction.OSMisscalingfastacrosstwofacilities-N5inHoustonandthenewerPersimmonshopinTomball-andthisroleownsthefullhiringcycleforthecraftandfieldtalentthatdrivesthatgrowth:welders,fitters,fabricators,automationtechnicians,andthesupportstaffaroundthem.
Thepacematchestheramp:shopmobilization,moduleproductionschedules,andcustomercommitmentsonprojectslikeourdatacenterandindustrialprefabricationworkmeanrequisitionsarerealandtimesensitive.Thepriorityisfillingskilledpositionsfastwithoutcuttingcornersoncompliance.Alongsiderecruiting,youkeeptheday-to-dayAdminenginerunningforbothfacilities.

- Runfull-cyclerecruitingforfabricationandfieldrolesacrossN5(Houston)andPersimmon(Tomball):intakewithshopandprojectleadership,jobpostings,sourcing,screening,interviewcoordination,offers,andclose.
- Buildandworkasourcingpipelinesuitedtoskilledtrades:tradeandweldingschools,apprenticeshipandcertificationprograms,staffingpartners,employeereferrals,Indeedandtradejobboards,andfield-networkwordofmouth.
- PartnerwithOSMshopandprojectleadershiptoforecastheadcountagainsttheproductionramp-bothshopsaretargetingfullproductionbyAugust2026-andstayaheadofupcomingneedsratherthanreactingtoopenseats.
- Managethecandidateexperienceendtoend,includingweldtestandskillsevaluationscheduling,andkeeptime-to-fillmovingduringactivemobilization.
- Driveonboardingandnew-hireorientationsopeopleareproductiveandcompliantfromdayoneateitherfacility.

- MaintainaccurateemployeerecordsanddataintegrityintotheDSIportalandATS.

- SupportengagementactivitiesandcompanyeventsfortheOSMteam.
Complianceyouwillbeexpectedtohandle
Thisrolesitsclosetorealemployment-lawexposureinanindustrial,multi-state,public-constructioncontext,includingworktiedtolargedatacenterandindustrialprojects.Youshouldbecomfortablewith:
- I-9verificationatvolume,includingremoteandon-sitedocumentation.
