Thisisahands-onrecruiting/AdminembeddedinDSI'sOff-SiteManufacturingoperation,supportingourfabricationshopsastheyramptowardfullproduction.OSMisscalingfastacrosstwofacilities-N5inHoustonandthenewerPersimmonshopinTomball-andthisroleownsthefullhiringcycleforthecraftandfieldtalentthatdrivesthatgrowth:welders,fitters,fabricators,automationtechnicians,andthesupportstaffaroundthem.

Thepacematchestheramp:shopmobilization,moduleproductionschedules,andcustomercommitmentsonprojectslikeourdatacenterandindustrialprefabricationworkmeanrequisitionsarerealandtimesensitive.Thepriorityisfillingskilledpositionsfastwithoutcuttingcornersoncompliance.Alongsiderecruiting,youkeeptheday-to-dayAdminenginerunningforbothfacilities.

Whatyou'llown(thecoreofthejob)

  • Runfull-cyclerecruitingforfabricationandfieldrolesacrossN5(Houston)andPersimmon(Tomball):intakewithshopandprojectleadership,jobpostings,sourcing,screening,interviewcoordination,offers,andclose.
  • Buildandworkasourcingpipelinesuitedtoskilledtrades:tradeandweldingschools,apprenticeshipandcertificationprograms,staffingpartners,employeereferrals,Indeedandtradejobboards,andfield-networkwordofmouth.
  • PartnerwithOSMshopandprojectleadershiptoforecastheadcountagainsttheproductionramp-bothshopsaretargetingfullproductionbyAugust2026-andstayaheadofupcomingneedsratherthanreactingtoopenseats.
  • Managethecandidateexperienceendtoend,includingweldtestandskillsevaluationscheduling,andkeeptime-to-fillmovingduringactivemobilization.
  • Driveonboardingandnew-hireorientationsopeopleareproductiveandcompliantfromdayoneateitherfacility.

Also,onyourplate(HRadministration)

  • MaintainaccurateemployeerecordsanddataintegrityintotheDSIportalandATS.
  • Fieldemployeequestionsonpolicyandpayroll,androutewhatyoucan'tresolve.
  • Supportperformancemanagementcyclesandevaluations.
  • HelpbuildandapplypoliciesandproceduresacrossbothOSMfacilities.
  • PreparepersonnelreportsforOSMleadership(reqstatus,time-to-fill,headcount,turnover)byshopandbyrole.
  • SupportengagementactivitiesandcompanyeventsfortheOSMteam.

Complianceyouwillbeexpectedtohandle

Thisrolesitsclosetorealemployment-lawexposureinanindustrial,multi-state,public-constructioncontext,includingworktiedtolargedatacenterandindustrialprojects.Youshouldbecomfortablewith:

  • I-9verificationatvolume,includingremoteandon-sitedocumentation.
  • Davis-Bacon/prevailingwageandcertifiedpayrollawarenessonpublicandgovernmentprojectwork.
  • Multi-stateemploymentruleswherecrewsandprojectscrossstatelines.
  • Generaladherencetofederal,state,andlocallaborlawacrossthehiringandemploymentlifecycle.



Must-havequalifications

  • 3+yearsoffull-cyclerecruitingexperience,ideallyinindustrial,construction,manufacturing,orskilledtrades.
  • Hands-onexperiencewithanATSandanHRIS.
  • Strongorganizationandtheabilitytojuggleaheavy,shiftingreqloadacrosstwoshopswithoutdroppingdetail.
  • Clearwrittenandverbalcommunication,plusthediscretiontohandlesensitiveinformation.
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice.
  • Bachelor'sdegreeinHR,BusinessAdministration,orarelatedfield,orequivalentrecruitingandHRexperience.
