-Scanandattachrelevantdocumentsintotheelectronicemployeefiles.
-Assistinprocessingemployeechangessuchasterminations,andpersonalinformationupdates.
-GeneratestandardreportsfromtheHRdatabaseasrequestedbyHRstafformanagement.
-Maintainconfidentialityofsensitiveemployeeinformation.
-ParticipateinHRauditsbyprovidingdatareportsandsupportingdocumentation.
-Respondtoinquiriesregardingdataentryordataissuesfromemployeesormanagement.
-CoordinatewithHRteammemberstoensureconsistencyofdataentrypractices.
-AssistwiththedevelopmentofdatamanagementprocedurestostreamlineHRprocesses.
