a Customer Solutions Specialist in our Customer Service department. Compensation and Benefits for the

In this hourly position you'll learn multiple, complex
benefit plans (mostly retirement benefits) to provide first call resolution to
participants, and their approved associates. Calls can vary from helping
participants understand their benefits, get updates on current benefit
processes, access systems, or complete self-service tasks. You'll also be
responsible for securing accounts before assisting the participant. Individuals
who excel in this role:
8% employer contribution to retirement plan with an additional match up to 2% on day one!
