Salary: $104,000 - 208,000 per year
Requirements:- We require native-level or bilingual fluency in English.
- We require proficiency in at least one of the following languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, Kotlin, or Swift.
- We require strong writing ability and solid grammar skills.
- We require a bachelors degree, completed or currently in progress.
- We prefer prior experience as a software developer, coder, software engineer, or programmer.
- We only consider applicants located in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand.
- We design and solve a wide range of coding challenges used to train AI systems.
- We write clear, high-quality code examples and thorough explanations.
- We review AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability.
- We provide feedback that helps refine and improve future AI models.
- We complete a short assessment as part of our application process before paid work becomes available.
