Our Tech client is seeking a Technical Advertiser Solutions Specialist to join their team for the next 4+ months, 40 hours/week. 

This role is onsite 5 days a week in New York, NY. 

Role SummaryThe Technical Advertiser Solutions Specialist is a critical analytical and support role focused on driving revenue and campaign performance for advertisers. Operating within the marketing and creative team, this professional performs deep data analyses on client campaigns and collaborates closely with sales teams to resolve complex optimization queries. The position requires a customer-driven individual who can serve as an ad platform expert, provide proactive strategy planning, and deliver clear, technical solutions to internal teams, external agencies, and advertisers. Top Must Have Skills
  • Digital Advertising Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, specifically focused on technical troubleshooting, campaign optimization, measurement, and ad delivery platforms.
  • Technical Integration & Troubleshooting: Advanced skills in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, or Python, with a deep understanding of APIs, server integrations, tracking pixels, and third-party advertising measurement.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Excellent communication skills to provide case management, onboarding, and strategic coordination across sales teams, agencies, and performance advertisers.
 Additional Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Advertising, STEM, or a related field.
  • 2 or more years of experience working in a solutions or technical account management role within a revenue-driven environment.
  • Proven project management and process improvement skills, with the ability to identify problem areas, design solutions, and drive them to completion.
  • Experience working with SMB sales and service, operating programs at scale, and communicating effectively with executives and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrable track record of preparing and leading technical training sessions, with the ability to explain complex solutions in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Ability to work independently while also operating as a collaborative team player.
 Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for sales teams, providing case management, resolution, strategic coordination, and operational planning across the advertising ecosystem.
  • Act as an advertising platform expert, using data to provide solutions for ad delivery, measurement, performance, and campaign optimization queries.
  • Perform proactive and reactive analyses of campaign delivery to increase advertiser performance and drive revenue based on account health scores.
  • Monitor, analyze, and serve as the main point of contact for auction trends, providing onboarding, ongoing support, and proactive strategy planning for local sales teams.
  • Provide excellent email and video call communication to advertisers, agencies, and internal teams, ensuring clear, timely communication and quality deliverables.
  • Educate and train internal sales teams on campaign management strategies and performance improvements based on specific advertiser goals.
  • Inform, influence, and execute new quality strategies and tactics using sound analysis and impact metrics to support business positions.
