Supply Chain Analyst - Supply Chain Analyst

Location: North Reading, Massachusetts (Onsite)

COMPENSATION: $22 - $25.50 HOURLY

Role Overview

This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities centered on supply chain and deployment operations. It involves end-to-end deployment order management, handling Problem Service Reports, providing post-deployment support, and managing internal material requisitions. The position requires a proactive self-starter who is passionate about operational processes, capable of analyzing trends, and driven to implement process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong enthusiasm for technology and a drive to elevate operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on site health readiness to maintain delivery excellence.
  • Manage and resolve mismatches between Equipment Install Plans (EIP) and Sales Orders (SO), and troubleshoot customer ticket issues.
  • Drive operational excellence by contributing to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to process improvements, cost optimization, and scalability initiatives in partnership with supply chain leadership.
  • Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion within the team.
  • Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference purposes.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste.
  • Problem-solve and design solutions for the organization's network.
Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Transportation, Supply Chain, or an Operations-related discipline is required.

Experience: A background in analyst work or a focus in higher education is necessary.

Technical Skills: The role requires strong math, logical, and problem-solving skills. High proficiency in creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel is essential, along with a conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline.
  • Strong math, logical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and high proficiency creating and managing advanced models using SQL and Microsoft Excel.
  • Analyst work background, or focus in higher education.
  • Conceptual understanding of systems, and configuration management.
