TheSuperintendentisresponsibleforleadingandexecutingprivate,municipal,andDOTresurfacingandrelatedpavingprojects.Thisroleoverseesfieldoperations,supervisescrews,coordinatesmaterialsandequipment,andcollaboratescloselywithcustomers,projectmanagers,andinternalteamstoensureprojectsaredeliveredsafely,ontime,andtothehighestqualitystandards.

Requirements,EducationandExperience:

1. 5+yearsofrelevantconstructionexperience;Superintendentexperiencestronglypreferred
2. Provenexperienceinheavyhighwayand/orasphaltpavingoperations
3. Strongknowledgeofconstructionmethods,materials,andequipment
4. Abilitytoreadandinterpretplans,specifications,andprojectdocuments
5. Demonstratedleadership,communication,andteammanagementskills
6. Solidunderstandingofjobcosting,scheduling,andprojectperformancemetrics
7. Stronganalytical,problem-solving,anddecision-makingabilities
8. ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice;experiencewithconstructionmanagementsoftware(e.g.Viewpoint,XBE,etc.)preferred
9. OSHA30certification(orwillingnesstoobtain)preferred
10. Validdriver'slicenseandreliabletransporation
11. AuthorizedtoworkintheUnitedStates
