Job Description
This is an opportunity for a high-performing professional to support enterprise vendor management activities that drive operational efficiency, service reliability, and risk mitigation. The Sr. Enterprise Vendor Analyst will support a portfolio of third-party vendors, including key postal and shipping partners, by executing core vendor management processes, analyzing performance data, and ensuring alignment with enterprise risk and compliance standards.This role partners cross-functionally with procurement, risk, finance, and operations stakeholders to support business objectives, enhance vendor oversight, and resolve operational issues. The candidate will bring strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day vendor activities while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide vendor management support across a portfolio of third parties:
- Contract Governance: Support contract and SLA compliance through monitoring, documentation, and escalation of gaps.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track vendor performance, service volumes, and expenses; analyze trends and provide insights to support improvements.
- Operational Support & Issue Resolution: Coordinate day-to-day vendor activities and escalations to support timely issue resolution and service continuity.
- Contract Lifecycle Support: Assist with onboarding, due diligence, and contract documentation in alignment with procurement requirements.
- Risk & Compliance Support: Support audits and risk activities by gathering documentation and tracking remediation.
- Systems & Tools Administration: Administer vendor-related tools and operational systems, including user access, data maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Process Documentation & Improvement: Maintain procedures and identify opportunities to improve workflows, reporting, and controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3-5 years of vendor management, operations, or related experience
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar reporting tools
- Ability to learn systems and processes quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with vendor management frameworks, policies, or systems
- Exposure to third-party risk management or procurement processes
- Experience in financial services or operations environments
- Familiarity with postal, shipping, or carrier operations (e.g., USPS, UPS)
- Experience supporting performance reporting, dashboarding, or process improvement initiatives

Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $76,300 - $104,900 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
