Specialized Project Manager IV

Location: Stamford, Connecticut (Onsite four days a week)


Role Overview

We are seeking a Specialized Project Manager to support customer retention, renewals, and contract growth for mid-to-large business customers. This role will manage the entire project lifecycle from definition through implementation, focusing on customer retention initiatives. The position is based in Stamford, CT, with a target start date in early August.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle from project definition through implementation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities among stakeholders.
  • Develop project plans, milestones, budgets, documentation, and status reports.
  • Ensure projects meet scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
  • Drive communication and change management throughout projects.
  • Analyze customer disconnect reports and trends to identify patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide day-to-day guidance to project resources and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong program and project management experience.
  • Excellent Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple groups.
  • Experience creating project plans and driving projects to completion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience with our organization is a major plus.
  • Experience with MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated subject matter expertise.
