Salary: $120,000 - 120,000 per year
Requirements:- We require hands-on experience with Terraform.
- We require experience running ECS-based production workloads.
- We require familiarity with observability platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenSearch.
- We require a solid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals.
- We require experience supporting cloud environments in production.
- We require fluent Mandarin Chinese.
- We require the ability to work in Irvine, CA, with relocation before starting if needed.
- We manage and support AWS infrastructure and ECS-based container services in production.
- We ensure reliability, scalability, availability, and strong performance across our systems.
- We monitor, troubleshoot, tune performance, and optimize cloud costs.
- We support database backup, upgrade, and recovery activities.
- We design, maintain, and improve infrastructure using Terraform.
- We build reusable Terraform modules and automate infrastructure provisioning.
- We strengthen operational efficiency through automation.
- We develop and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting capabilities.
- We operate observability tools including Prometheus, Grafana, OpenSearch, and CloudWatch.
- We investigate production issues using logs, metrics, and system data.
- We participate in an on-call rotation and respond to production incidents.
- We perform root cause analysis and implement preventive improvements.
