Position may require travel to NY and Dallas

Experienced SuccessFactors / SAP Human Resource Systems solution developerwith up-to-date experience in SuccessFactors functionality, SAP ABAP development and SF/SAP integration using DellBoomiiFlows.

Key Role Accountabilities:

  • Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in Human Resource systems and associated vendor applications
  • Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
  • Collaborates with others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
  • Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
  • May play key role in functional projects, processes or vendor management
  • Collaborates with others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought and education and/or equivalent experience to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
  • Makes decisions that have cross-functional impact
  • Communicates complex ideas; persuades and negotiates with others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view
  • Work with the Quality Assurance team for system testing
  • Ensure project deliverables are accomplished on time and within budget (w/ PM)
  • Monitor and manage project risks and develop appropriate mitigation plans (w/PM)

Qualifications:

  • 7 + years of relevant experience in a systems development and/or technical design position and BS Degree or equivalent
  • Proven ability to acquire and maintain technical skills and knowledge in assigned functional domain(s)
  • Experience inworking within cloud-based or off-premise environmentsas well as with packaged applications
  • Experience working in an onshore/offshore resourcing model
  • Experience working in a highly collaborative environment, proactively innovating solutions that support the goals and desired outcomes ofEnterprise Technology organization

Specific SuccessFactors / SAP Skills Required:

  • Deep understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central from a functional perspective - SF training and certification strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of SuccessFactors' API's including the OData API
  • Experience developingBoomiintegrationsincluding vendor feeds, custom feeds to/from SuccessFactors andSAP, and custom feeds using the Dell Atomsphere API
  • Implementation and support experience (in a production live environment) with SAP's / SF's Personnel Administration iFlow, Org Structure iFlow and Org Assignment iFlow
  • Expertise in XML including experience debugging iFlow XMLs
  • Experience error resolution for SAP's / SF's iFlows at the data level (SLG1)and web service level (SRT_UTIL)
  • Knowledge of/experience with full SuccessFactors BizX suite, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Mgmt, and Learning a plus
  • Deep understanding from both a functional and technical perspective of SAP Organizational Management, Personnel Administration modules and US Payroll. Experience needs to include both implementation and production support.
  • An understanding of the SAP Portal as it relates to HR
  • Experience with HR specificABAPdevelopment including
  • Developing interfaces and reports
  • Developing customizations for SAP / SF iFlows
  • Developing web services into and out of SAP, Boomi, SuccessFactors and various vendors
  • Developing custom portal application
  • Industry expertise related to Life Insurance from an HR perspective a plus - for example
  • Experience developing / designing applications and processes in an environment with Agents, Regular employees and retiree's populations
