We're a growing life insurance brokerage with a steady flow of inbound leads. No cold prospecting. No chasing uninterested prospects. Your role is to guide, advise, and close.
What makes this different:
- Inbound, pre-qualified leads (not self-generated)
- Shorter sales cycle vs. most commission roles
- Fully remote with control over your schedule
- Structured onboarding, scripts, and ongoing mentorship
What we're looking for:
- Proven track record in sales (quota-carrying role preferred)
- Strong closing ability and follow-up discipline
- High ownership-no handholding needed
- Comfortable in a performance-based environment
