Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) Analyst to support a large-scale, cross-functional program. This role involves supporting ORT planning, execution, and reporting. The ideal candidate collaborates across teams and translates complex information into concise materials for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support ORT planning, execution, and reporting across multiple workstreams.
- Partner cross-functionally with business and IT teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Develop clear, concise presentations for leadership updates and decision-making.
- Define and document entry and exit criteria for ORT phases and milestones.
- Track progress against milestones, deliverables, and readiness criteria.
- Consolidate inputs and provide structured reporting on status, risks, and dependencies.
- Utilize tools such as JIRA to manage testing activities and track progress.
- Interact with internal and external customers on a routine basis and document enhancements to processes and procedures.
Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
Experience: This role requires 6 to 10 years of experience performing diversified and confidential administrative duties, with knowledge of organizational policies and practices.
Skills:
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across business and technical teams.
- Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to drive work independently.
- Advanced proficiency in system implementations, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Proficiency with JIRA for task and defect management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
This position requires the candidate to be on-site five days a week at the Miami office location.
