The position of DADCAMP Counselor/ Student Breakout Leader exists to serve the operational, educational and mentorship efforts of DADCAMP at each DADCAMP location.

As the organization continues to grow, this role plays a key part in our growth because we know that stellar counseling and leadership allows our students to thrive.

In addition to mentorship and leading our students (ages 6-14), a DADCAMP Counselor is required to oversee and ensure readiness of all logistical fields, to include, but not limited to indoor and outdoor games/ activities, technical elements of worship, preparation and service of meals, devotional times, and teaching sessions. 

In addition to the above job description/duties for the position of DADCAMP Counselor / Student Breakout leader, the employee will also function as a translator/editor for our French/Creole speaking locations that we currently serve: Haiti, France, & Democratic Republic of Congo.

As a Counselor / Student Breakout leader in these nations, the employee will also serve to translate live teaching sessions, translate written content, and serve to translate for all organizational development that involves French/Creole speaking directors/employees/volunteers.

Employee will be reporting to work at camp locations in some or all of the following states: IN, PA, OH, IL, TX, HI. They may be called to our international locations as well. Particularly French and Creole speaking areas. Candidate will be required to work weekends and overnight.
