Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Organization: New England Dairy Promotion Board – Boston, MA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly (37.5 hours/week non-exempt), Remote Location Requirement: Candidate must reside in MA, CT, NH, RI, or VT and be able to travel throughout New England as needed.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our Consumer Engagement team. This role is pivotal in supporting and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including social media content development and experiential activations across New England. You’ll play a key role in bringing marketing campaigns to life, from planning to execution, while collaborating across teams to drive consumer engagement and demand for dairy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong marketing expertise who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications
Support the Consumer Engagement team in developing and executing marketing strategies and activities
Support integrated marketing campaigns and activations to build consumer trust, demand, and sales of dairy.
Support digital marketing activities across the organization in alignment with the digital marketing strategy.
Participate in social media and content teams and coordinate content development. Deliver high-performing paid social media while remaining within budget.
Experiential Marketing
Support the development of experiential marketing activations in collaboration with the Director, Consumer Engagement and Marketing Manager.
Carry out experiential marketing activities, including tactical budget management. Assist in facilitating contractor and consultant relationships for the experiential program. Collaborate with Marketing Manager and Sr. Marketing Manager on event needs for promotion
and coordination for Consumer Engagement and Industry Partnerships teams, respectively. Consult with other teams in the organization to develop experiential marketing opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field (or commensurate experience)
3–5 years of marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record of supporting and executing multi-channel marketing programs
Experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels
Proven ability to develop and manage stakeholder relationships successfully Highly proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, and social media Comfortable working in a digital and remote environment using virtual communication and meeting platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient or fluent in Spanish is a plus
Possess a self-starter attitude with the confidence and discipline to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and deliver outcomes beyond expectations
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $29.23-$33.33/hour (approximate annualized amount of $57,000-$65,000/year based on 37.5 hrs./week, 52 weeks/year), based on experience.
Approved Overtime & Additional Hours: Non-exempt role eligible for time and a half pay for any approved hours worked over 37.50 per week.
Benefits include: Blue Cross Blue Shield health and dental insurance, paid vacation, sick time, and holidays, 401(k) with employer match
