Job Description

Description:

About Us

4AllPromos is a leading provider of customized promotional products, serving businesses and organizations across the country. With an expansive product catalog, a dedicated team, and a strong focus on customer experience, we help brands make a lasting impression.

We're in the midst of an exciting transformation-evolving our Account Management team to build stronger customer relationships that lead to repeat business and long-term growth. To lead this journey, we're looking for an experienced and inspiring Account Team Manager to guide, develop, and scale a high-performing team of Account Managers.

This is a people-first leadership role focused on empowering the team, enhancing operational performance, and building a foundation for long-term client success and account growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the team responsible for managing a high-volume of customer orders while building lasting client relationships.
  • Coach with a focus on growth-supporting team members as they enhance both operational excellence and strategic customer engagement.
  • Monitor and drive performance across key metrics like response time, accuracy, upsell activity, client retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including sales, operations, and marketing-to optimize workflows and enhance the customer experience.
  • Implement best practices for productivity, customer engagement, and pipeline management.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve systems, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency, reduce friction, and ensure a seamless experience for both team members and customers.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability, learning, and collaboration.
  • Play a key role in shaping the future of our Account Management team and influencing broader customer lifecycle strategy.
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience leading a team in sales, account management, customer success, or a similar field-ideally in a high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and coaching teams, especially through role transitions or process change.
  • Be hands-on and deeply familiar with the team's day-to-day work-ready to step in to support complex issues, customer escalations, or high-priority needs.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a natural ability to inspire trust and drive performance.
  • A data-informed mindset-you're comfortable setting and tracking KPIs to guide results.
  • Operationally savvy and able to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Comfortable using CRM and order management tools; tech-forward mindset a must.
  • Experience in promotional products, e-commerce, or print industries is a plus.

Location & Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role based out of our headquarters in Essex, CT. To support onboarding and team-building, the Account Team Manager will be required to work on-site 2-3 days per week for the first several months. After that, regular in-office presence (a few times per month) will be expected to maintain strong team and cross-functional engagement. We're open to exceptionally qualified candidates outside the immediate area if they bring deep industry knowledge and are willing to meet these in-person requirements.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Be part of a pivotal transformation that redefines how we support and grow our customer base.
  • Collaborate with a team that values ideas, innovation, and initiative.
  • Lead a group of motivated professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoy competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to grow your leadership career.
