Position Overview:
- Conduct student and classroom observations to assess behavioral needs and inform effective intervention strategies.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes.
- Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavior management practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students' behavioral, social-emotional, and educational success.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams
