Role Overview:

The Accounting and Finance Leadership Program (AFLP) is a fast-track opportunity for high-potential individuals seeking a dynamic career in finance. Participants will gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and comprehensive training to develop the skills necessary for leadership roles.

Through rotational assignments, participants will gain broad exposure across the enterprise - including corporate finance, insurance, and investments - while building both technical and strategic finance skills. The program emphasizes continuous growth and development, offering formal training, dedicated mentorship, and visibility to senior leadership. Participants will also build a strong professional network and gain the tools to think critically, lead confidently, and contribute to a finance organization that is agile, data-informed, and innovation-driven.

Future rotations will expand your exposure across finance functions, helping you build the analytical and leadership skills needed in a data- and AI-informed finance organization.

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivation and a continuous learning mindset
  • Curiosity about how finance and technology intersect

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, supply chain management or a related business concentration.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range:$62,400-$90,000

Overtime eligible:Exempt

Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes

Sales bonus eligible:No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
