What You'll Do:

  • Enhance performance management and field enablement capabilities.

  • Partner with Therapeutic Area and Sales leadership to execute strategic initiatives.

  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Continuously assess and improve field effectiveness through analytics and systems integration.

Who You Are:
You have a knack for translating strategic visions into operational realities, with a proven ability to influence in matrix environments without direct authority. Your executive presence makes you credible with both senior leaders and field teams, and you excel in storytelling and stakeholder management. You thrive on driving results, are passionate about enabling teams, and possess a strong ability to navigate complex systems and analytics for optimal field execution.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PhD) preferred.

  • At least 7 years of experience in biotech/pharma field sales and commercial sales operations, having led sales teams at the regional level before advancing into sales operations/HQ roles.

  • Proven success in translating strategy into operational execution.

  • Experience with CRM platforms, with Veeva strongly preferred.

  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Executive presence and ability to influence in matrix environments.
