- Collaborate with the estimating team to ensure timely and accurate completion of electrical estimates.
- Accurately take off all types of construction, including hire-rise, tenant improvement, industrial, underground, special systems, controls etc.
- Understand contract documents, including drawings, specifications, etc.
- Understand general electrical design and engineering concepts.
- Communicate and partner with project managers to ensure a high-quality estimate is delivered on time.
- Manage quotation process with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that pricing incorporates all scope items.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills.
- Desire and willingness to train others.
- Team player with collaborative attitude, willing to help others, the team, and the company reach its goals.
