Shape how executive talent is rewarded and retained by owning the strategy and evolution of executive and equity compensation programs that directly influence company performance, leadership effectiveness, and shareholder alignment. This role drives the design and modernization of compensation frameworks for senior leaders, ensuring strong pay-for-performance alignment and competitive positioning in dynamic markets. Partnering closely with senior leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, and Accounting, you will influence enterprise decisions through data-driven insights and forward-looking compensation strategies. You will lead high-visibility initiatives that impact executive engagement, retention, and long-term value creation. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level decision making and the opportunity to shape compensation philosophy at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, evaluation, and execution of executive compensation programs for Vice President-level employees and above, ensuring alignment with business strategy and shareholder outcomes
  • Drive market-informed compensation strategies through advanced benchmarking, trend analysis, and competitive intelligence to strengthen pay-for-performance positioning
  • Develop and implement executive reward frameworks that influence retention, performance, and long-term organizational growth
  • Own the evolution of executive compensation models, aligning incentives with enterprise priorities and emerging market practices
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic compensation guidance that informs critical business and talent decisions
  • Lead the design and global administration of equity compensation programs, ensuring scalability, consistency, and strong participant experience
  • Design long-term incentive strategies that reinforce retention, engagement, and ownership culture across executive and key talent populations
  • Oversee equity lifecycle programs including annual grants, promotions, new hire awards, and retention initiatives, ensuring operational excellence
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through analysis of retention outcomes, participation, dilution, and financial impact to drive continuous improvement
  • Influence governance processes by delivering insights, analyses, and materials that support executive compensation decision making

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including deep expertise in executive and equity compensation
  • Strong knowledge of executive compensation design, incentive structures, and long-term incentive strategies
  • Experience partnering with external compensation consultants and managing complex analytical workstreams
  • Deep understanding of executive compensation governance, disclosure practices, and benchmarking methodologies
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field
  • Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Executive Compensation Professional, or similar certification
  • Experience within a publicly traded, multinational organization
  • Experience designing and scaling broad-based equity compensation programs
  • Knowledge of global equity administration and international compensation practices

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$194,800.00 - $342,600.00
