The Role
We are looking for a Director of Enterprise Cybersecurity Domain Enablement, who is a creative, collaborative communicator with outstanding storytelling skills who can work closely with leaders and teams across Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS). In this individual contributor role you will develop, lead, and implement communications programs to increase trust, engagement, and awareness with internal and external audiences.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 10+ years of related professional experience in corporate communications or marketing
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communications skills
- Ability to create effective communication plans and compelling content for key audiences across a range of mediums and audiences
- Experience working with complex concepts and data to craft cohesive, simple messages
- Skilled influencer with the capability to work and build relationships with individuals at all levels across the organization, including partners in other areas of the business
- Ability to think strategically, generate solutions, balance priorities and adapt well to change in direction in a fast-paced environment
- Sense of ownership of your work and the collective value the team delivers
- Adept at presenting and discussing work with senior level business partners, and helping to translate feedback to the team
- Knowledge of Fidelity, technical subject matter, and/or information security experience
- Functional experience with Jira a plus
- Graphic design skills a plus
The Team
The ECS Domain Enablement team creates high-impact campaigns and strategic messaging to support the ECS mission to enable customer and business growth through secure, resilient, trusted experiences. Our programs include board and executive updates, internal and external audience messaging, ECS associate development, enterprise cyber training, and social engineering awareness. We provide thought leadership, training, and consultation to a wide range of strategic partners to influence Fidelity's security posture internally and externally through effective messaging and campaigns.
Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
