The Commercial Banker is responsible for the development, origination, processing and service of all personal, professional, and commercial customers in the Northfield area.  Responsibility includes developing and maintaining a profitable loan portfolio at a minimum and prudent risk level in conformance with guidelines set forth in the Banks loan policy guidelines and ensuring customer satisfaction by practicing excellent customer service techniques and standards.  The successful candidate will demonstrate strong community involvement.

A minimum of 5-7 years of commercial banking experience required with at least 5 years of direct commercial lending/relationship management experience.  Credit Analyst experience preferred.

Salary/Compensation: $101,000 - $147,500 per year plus commission
