Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) ASAP for the School Year to provide behavioral support and consultation around Jonesboro, Arkansas. This role involves working directly with students, educators, and support staff to assess behavioral needs, develop and monitor intervention plans, and contribute to positive outcomes for students with diverse learning profiles.

- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Provide ongoing behavioral consultation and support to classroom staff
- Collaborate with special education teams to align behavior supports with IEP goals
- Support crisis intervention planning and promote proactive, preventative strategies
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to align academic, behavioral, and social-emotional supports
- Promote positive behavior supports and contribute to school-wide behavioral initiatives
- Support students in both general and special education settings
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Eligible for or currently licensed as a Behavior Analyst in Arkansas
- Experience working in school settings strongly preferred
- Knowledge of special education law (IDEA), positive behavior supports, and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
