Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Chattanooga, Tennessee
Job Description
Bring your BCBA expertise to a forward-thinking educational environment in the vibrant Chattanooga area, where collaboration and innovation are valued every day. Your role is based at the district office, utilizing a flexible referral-based model to provide behavioral consultation and supports to various schools in the district (as needed, not to all sites at once), helping shape positive outcomes for students of all ages. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working closely with district leadership and benefitting from ongoing monthly consultations through the district's partnership with the Vanderbilt Triad program-an excellent resource for data analysis, clinical feedback, and ongoing professional growth.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Active BCBA license
- Previous school-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred
- Comfort supporting diverse caseloads through a referral process
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to complete necessary credentialing, including fingerprint clearance
- Provide behavioral assessments, consultation, and intervention planning
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, and families to implement best practices
- Participate in monthly consults for continued learning and case review
- Rely on the established Help Desk for guidance and to manage workflow, preventing burnout
Enjoy a balanced 7.5-hour workday, with a flexible schedule composed around school start times (typically 8:00 am-3:30 pm), and the chance to work alongside passionate professionals in an innovative school district.
If you're ready to leverage your BCBA skills to create positive, lasting change in an educational setting, connect today and take the next step in your career!
