Assistant Program Director
*Independent Licensure Required - LMHC or LICSW* Riverside is seeking a passionate clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) team in Norwood! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals! The CBHC Assistant Program Director (APD) is responsible for managing all of the ongoing treatment and services of the CBHC Component Service and the Outpatient Program. The APD directly supervises the CBHC treatment team managers and Outpatient supervisor(s). The APD ensures adherence to the mission of CBHC, and the integration within the multidisciplinary treatment teams, including: clinicians, case managers, peers, nurses/medical assistants and prescribers. Among other assigned tasks, the APD will be responsible for: Schedule: Full Time - 40 hours per week, Hybrid Schedule with 4 days in-office and 1 remote Pay Rate: $90,176.32/salaried Why You'll Love Riverside Benefits include:
