This position is for our B shift, which works Sunday through Tuesday and every other Wednesday from 7pm to 7am. There is a $2 differential for this shift.

Job Summary:

As an Apple Sorter for Materne North America, you will be responsible for inspecting, sorting and removing bad apples and other foreign material from production line in an efficient manner according to operational and quality standards.

Position Responsibilities:

• Inspect,sortand remove bad apples and foreign material from the production line.

• Assistwith providingguidance and coaching totemporary associates or othersassigned toapplesorting to ensure that work is being performed to standard, including proper defect identification.

• Assistwithhousekeeping, generalsanitationand clean-up activities.

• Assistwithraw material wasteremoval

• Assistwith cinnamon weighing and other tasks asneeded

• Must work a minimum of 12hours

• Demonstrate the Company's values and winning behaviors while adhering to all company policies and practices, including safety and environmental protocols, quality standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for an entire shift (12 hours)

• Must be able tolift upto40lbs

Education:

• High school diploma,GED or equivalentpreferred

Experience:

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment ispreferred

• Prior experience working in the food industry ispreferred

Knowledge/Skills:

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to communicate (verbal, read, write) effectively inEnglish

• provideaccurateandtimelyinformation to Machine Operators
