Job Description

With the recent voter-approved bond supporting new park improvements and facilities throughout Tacoma, the Capital Projects Team is preparing to expand. We are seeking dedicated professionals to join an established, collaborative, and high-performing team committed to delivering high-quality projects for the community. This position serves as an entry point into government procurement, contracting, data management, and reporting, and offers strong opportunities for training and professional development. The role is essential to advancing supplier inclusion efforts, supporting community investment objectives, and enhancing quality of life by contributing to the creation and improvement of public park spaces.

Based on our internal equity review process, the starting hourly wage for this position will be $31.07
To allow for growth and salary progression the full hourly range is $31.07 - $42.54.  Employees will have the opportunity to move through the posted range based on annual performance reviews and merit increases.
