Our hospitality client looking for an Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their team on a 6-month contract, 40 hours/week.
Hybrid 3 days/week in Addison, TX (onsite days Tuesday through Thursday).
Role Summary
The Affiliate Marketing Manager will oversee the day to day execution and optimization of affiliate programs to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and ROI. This role requires a highly analytical and detail oriented professional who can manage affiliate partnerships, ensure accurate campaign tracking, and support performance reporting across multiple markets. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, operates with strong autonomy, and effectively collaborates with cross functional teams and external partners to scale the affiliate channel.
Top Must Have Skills
3 or more years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance media, or digital acquisition
Hands on experience with affiliate platforms such as CJ, Impact, Rakuten, or similar
Proven experience managing large scale or global affiliate programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
Experience working with content commerce, deal publishers, or loyalty partners
Proficiency in reporting tools and Excel for performance tracking and analysis
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Experience on publisher, agency, or brand side affiliate programs
Familiarity with reconciliation, invoicing, and commission structures
Strong relationship building and contract negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight while maintaining strong communication
Experience in travel, hospitality, ecommerce, retail, or financial services industries is a plus
Responsibilities
Execute and optimize affiliate campaigns to support acquisition, revenue, and ROI goals
Manage relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, and technology partners
Oversee campaign setup, tracking, testing, and platform accuracy
Pull reporting, monitor live links, and ensure accurate performance tracking across platforms
Collaborate cross functionally on promotions, content partnerships, and campaign launches
Analyze performance data to assess publisher value, commission structures, and promotional impact
Maintain timelines, promotional calendars, budgets, and performance trackers
Communicate results, risks, and opportunities to leadership and internal stakeholders
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scale the affiliate channel, and test new partnership models
Ensure compliance with contracts, regulations, and internal policies
Support post campaign and quarterly reviews to inform ongoing optimization efforts
Assist with platform migration efforts while maintaining daily program operations
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
