As a Senior Software Program Manager supporting Simulink, you will partner with product development teams to plan, track, and execute complex programs that deliver powerful features to industry-leading companies worldwide. You will drive execution across technical and organizational boundaries, provide insightful program analyses, and help teams make effective tradeoffs across scope, schedule, and dependencies.


You will join a collaborative Program Management community that works closely with engineering leaders to strengthen operational excellence and accelerate the pace of discovery, innovation, and learning in engineering and science.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with software development teams to plan, track, and execute complex, cross-organizational programs while maintaining focus on building the right capabilities at high levels of quality.

  • Drive program execution by unblocking progress, organizing work, simplifying execution, and managing dependencies across teams.

  • Perform program analysis, manage risk, identify and influence necessary course corrections, and communicate program status across all levels of management.

  • Use data and program insights to measure outcomes, visualize progress, and support informed decision-making.

  • Assess and improve development workflows and agile processes, and mentor others on best practices.


Qualifications


  • Experience with commercial software products and the Agile software development lifecycle

  • Ability to influence and drive alignment across teams without direct authority

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Experience collecting and analyzing data to drive improvements in product quality and development processes

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, and Power BI

  • Willingness to learn and experiment with emerging AI-powered tools (e.g., copilots) to enhance team workflows and productivity

  • Technical degree in Engineering, Math, or Science

  • Experience with MATLAB, Simulink, or comparable products desirable



Required Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or a PhD degree, or equivalent experience) is required.
