defined portfolio of institutional clients and prospects, with accountability
for client satisfaction, retention, and asset growth. The position is
responsible for deepening existing client relationships, identifying
opportunities to expand services and assets under management, and supporting

QUALIFICATIONS
The role partners closely with Investment Management, Client
Service, Analytics, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver a highquality,
fiduciaryfocused client experience throughout the full client lifecycle-from
prospect engagement and onboarding through longterm relationship management
and renewal.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The compensation range for this position is $163,000-$195,000 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits. Final compensation will be based on the hired applicant's qualifications (education, training and/or experience related to this role), and as such, may fall outside the range shown.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience
working with custodians and institutional portfolio data, including holdings,
transactions, and cashflow files, and handson expertise with institutional
reporting and analytics platforms such as PARIS (Investment Metrics), Addepar,
or comparable systems. This individual brings a strong understanding of
institutional client management and sales processes, including prospect
development, onboarding, ongoing relationship management, and retention, and is
comfortable using CRM platforms such as Salesforce to manage pipelines,
document client interactions, and support disciplined relationship management.
Preferred candidates will have prior experience within an OCIO, investment
consulting firm, or asset manager, or relevant experience in a comparable
investment, finance, or clientfacing role within a nonprofit or missiondriven
organization. Strong presentation, persuasion, and relationshipbuilding skills
are essential, along with the ability to leverage modern technology-including
AIenabled tools-to enhance research, client communication, and productivity.
