Skills and Competencies

  • 10+ years of progressive experience across Quote-to-Cash, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or CRM platform leadership roles
  • 5+ years of people management experience leading Business Analysts or functional platform specialists and developing high-performing teams
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce as the core platform for Quote-to-Cash processes, including configuration and governance
  • Proven experience with Conga solutions (CPQ, document generation) and strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management in B2B environments
  • Experience with order management and enterprise integrations spanning ERP, commissions, fulfillment, and billing systems
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives with measurable business outcomes
  • Strong UX/UI sensibility with a track record of designing scalable, user-centered workflows that drive adoption and efficiency
  • Experience leveraging AI capabilities or intelligent automation to improve business processes, with understanding of responsible AI usage, governance, and risk considerations in enterprise environments

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end strategy, delivery, and optimization of Moody's Salesforce-based Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, driving scalable solutions and operational excellence across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 8-10 professionals while setting priorities and fostering a high-performing, accountable culture
  • Own the roadmap, delivery execution, and KPI tracking for Quote-to-Cash initiatives from discovery through release
  • Serve as the primary owner of the Salesforce Q2C platform, overseeing configuration, pricing, approvals, and order workflows
  • Drive product and pricing strategy, including Conga-based quoting and document generation capabilities
  • Oversee Contract Lifecycle Management processes, partnering with Legal and Sales Operations to improve efficiency and cycle time
  • Lead order management and integration strategy across ERP, commissions, fulfillment, billing, and related systems
  • Champion user-centered design by partnering with UX/UI teams to improve adoption, usability, and overall experience
  • Identify and implement AI-driven capabilities to enhance efficiency, automation, and insight across the Q2C lifecycle

About the Team

The Business Systems team at Moody's plays a critical role in enabling revenue execution through innovative, scalable technology solutions. This team partners closely across Finance, Sales, Product, Legal, ERP, and Fulfillment to deliver a seamless Quote-to-Cash experience. Focused on continuous improvement, strategic alignment, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies like AI, the team is committed to driving efficiency, accuracy, and a best-in-class user experience across the enterprise.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is$142,500.00-$206,700.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody's also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
