National Grid is hiring an Associate Analyst for our Fleet department, based in Syracuse, NY. This is a Hybrid role with time spent in the office as needed. Job Purpose

As a member of the Fleet Systems and Performance team supporting our US Fleet, you will be responsible for managing key reporting needs, audit inquiries, system interfaces and the fuel program. This role ensures our systems are maintained, compliant and streamlined to support all US Fleet users.

Key Accountabilities

  • Distribute and refine reporting for fleet garages and other stakeholders
  • Manage system interfaces for accurate capture of key data points
  • Manage the fuel card program and user needs (PINs, limit changes, etc)
  • Manage user access review, approval and removal
  • Support special fleet projects as needed
  • Support sustainability through reporting and education of fleet requirements and vehicle capabilities
  • Annual registration renewal and fleet permitting support

Qualifications

  • Accuracy and detail oriented
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or another related field
  • Experience with various databases, SQL, Access, SAP, etc
  • Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Salary

$63,000 - $74,000 a year
