




The ReStore Manager is responsible for generating revenue to further fund Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity’s mission, specifically through the sale of donated and purchased home improvement products. This position is responsible for achieving sales goals through marketing activities and programs that build visibility in the community. The ReStore Manager provides oversight for staff and volunteers, a safe and efficient working environment, and a positive customer experience that connects the shopper with TCHFH’s mission of affordable home ownership.

Required Qualifications
Education, credentials, and experience:
- Minimum 4 years retail management and retail sales experience.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
- Personal auto insurance compliant with TCHFH Driver’s Policy.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- Customer Service: Utilizes specialized product knowledge to assist customers, providing effective solutions that address their needs and expectations.
- Communication: Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others.
- Financial Acumen: Interprets and applies understanding of key financial indicators to make sound decisions.
- People Management: Hires, coaches, and motivates people to optimize their talents and performance.
- Knowledge Management and Sharing: Uses formal, informal and systematic methods to mpart information to others that increases organizational effectiveness.
