About the Job:
This internship will be responsible for editing and reviewing all technical documentation, manuals, and articles submitted for publication. The successful candidate will be able to coordinate multiple departments to with others to create high quality documents supporting Toyota’s dealers and customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In ideal candidate would excel in the following core areas:
- Sets and enforces standards for the company’s publications.
- Plans, creates, and maintains technical publications required for various projects based on updates to existing materials or new information.
- Organizes reviews of material for technical accuracy and makes edits according to feedback.
- Educates dealer staff by creating dealer-facing articles for the knowledge base.
- Issues product information via dealer notifications, bulletins, or other communications.
- Initiates revisions of technical publications based on user feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- Pursuing a degree in a technical discipline preferred.
- Experience or strong working knowledge in FrameMaker, Microsoft Excel, Word is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
