$54,635.00 - $85,000.00

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Enablement Specialist to join our Revenue Enablement team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales and customer-facing teams are fully equipped with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to excel. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with revenue enablement tools, particularly Content Management Systems (CMS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms.

This is a Chicago-based role, hybrid model (Tues in office).

Key Responsibilities:

Enablement Tool Optimization: Assist in the deployment, training, and maintenance of our enablement tools to ensure they meet the organization's needs.
Content Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and curate training content, ensuring it is accessible, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
Training & Support: Host training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure that all users can effectively use enablement tools and resources.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to ensure alignment and integration of enablement efforts across the organization.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and report on the effectiveness of enablement initiatives, using data to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an enablement, training, or a similar role, with a focus on revenue enablement tools.
Technical Skills: Experience with revenue enablement tools such as CMS, LMS, and Salesforce is required.
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects independently, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an accessible manner.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and generate insights to drive decision-making and improvements in enablement strategies. Excel expertise required.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve enablement processes and tools.

Preferred:

Experience with Seismic, including content management, LiveDocs, or NewsCenter and Learning features.
Experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning versions
Knowledge of best practices in change management, adult learning and instructional design.
Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) or Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related fields.
