As a Lead Inbound Fulfillment Associate, you will work closely with our Inbound Manager in our Distribution Center receiving, unpacking, counting, and storing inventory and helping lead a dynamic team of Inbound Fulfillment Associates.

Responsibilities
- Working with accuracy, organization, and will work to ensure that our inbound team performs its functions in a timely and accurate manner
- Partnering with other Fulfillment Associates and Managers to maintain a safe, clean, and neat work environment
- Working closely with the Inbound Manager to ensure that the inbound team follows all processes and procedures
- Working closely with the Inbound Manager to ensure that the inbound team is meeting all KPIs and SLAs
- POs processed from delivery to shelf < 2 business days
- Inventory accuracy > 97.9%
- Responsible for day to day business operations and leader responsibilities in the absence of the inbound manager, working closely with the team to set priorities, validate progress and ensure deadlines are met
Physical Requirements
- Position requires moving around with moderate (1-50lbs.) carrying, lifting, picking, pushing or pulling.
- The position requires the employee to have close visual acuity to perform job requirements.
- Requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, grasping, communicating, frequent repetitive movements with the wrists, hands or fingers and picking, pinching or typing with the fingers, and doing these motions while handling product.
Working Conditions
- This position is located in a warehouse, which is subject to environmental conditions with protection from the weather but not necessarily from temperature changes including heat and cold conditions that vary based on the time of year.
- The work environment includes a variety of physical conditions such as proximity to moving parts, moving vehicles, and ladders and scaffolding.
Scheduling Expectations
- This is an in person position in our Distribution Center located in Durham, NC
- The expectation is to work 5 days per week, 8 hours per day; however, schedules remain flexible and may vary based on the needs of the business
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, fast-paced, and self-motivated
- Detailed understanding of all inbound processes and procedures
- Firm understanding of Korber Warehouse Edge WMS
- Adaptable to changing conditions
- Enjoys independent work in a team atmosphere
- The ability to train new and existing associates
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to fill in for inbound manager and maintain the operation in their absence
- Steadfast pursuit of high standards
- Willing to go above and beyond when needed
