Job Summary
The Contract Program Manager will lead the management and administration of healthcare operations programs and activities, ensuring alignment with the TRICARE Health Plan's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute program management plans to oversee TRICARE purchased health care services.
* Support acquisition strategies, requirements identification, and contract oversight.
* Engage with senior-level military and civilian stakeholders to ensure program integration and mission accomplishment.
* Prepare executive-level decision tools, including reports and analysis.
Qualifications:
* Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration (required).
* At least 2 years of Department of Defense (DoD) Program Management experience within the last 5 years.
* Preferred: Prior military experience at the O-4 level or above within the Military Healthcare System.
* Strong leadership and analytical skills.
