40Summary:
The Behavior Technician (Program Specialist I ABA) assumes the primary caretaker role for patients in Child Study Center ABA programs (Behavior Disorders Clinic and Autism Services) which includes delivering therapy protocols, maintaining a safe environment, and the management of harmful behaviors. The Program Specialist I also participates in data collection, training, and team collaboration.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
Education/Experience:
High school Diploma.
Experience in ABA therapy or Special Education is strongly preferred.
Pediatric experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Heartsaver CPR and CSC SCM training must be completed within 60 days of start date.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is required within 90 days of start date (training and fees provided by the department).
