TREASURY ANALYST II
The Treasury Analyst II supports treasury operations by managing cash flow, banking transactions, and financial records, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Core Responsibilities:
Cash Flow Management:
Assist in daily cash flow forecasting and management.
Monitor and reconcile bank accounts.
Prepare and process payments and collections.
Banking Operations:
Assist with bank relationships and ensuring smooth banking transactions.
Administer bank mandates and KYC procedures.
Facilitate the issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds.
Administer company merchant services.
Financial Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare financial reports and documentation.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
Compliance:
Collaborate with Treasury and other teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Oversee compliance with corporate record retention programs.
Administrative Support:
Internal point of contact for Treasury support for company employees.
Provide administrative support to the treasury department.
Answer Treasury related questions, phone calls, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
Additional Responsibilities:
Risk Management:
Support the development and implementation of risk management strategies.
Monitor and report on financial risks.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth treasury processes.
Work with financial service providers.
Ad-Hoc:
Assist with any Treasury related ad-hoc requests.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
1-3 years of corporate treasury, banking, or finance experience
SKILLS / ABILITIES
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Effective at planning and setting priorities
Must be well-organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work collaboratively
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good critical thinking and analytical skills
Compensation and Benefits:
In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $71,000 - $94,610. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and vacation, holidays, health, dental, vision, mental health, and retirement plan participation, including an employer contribution of up to 7% into your 401(k).
