Position Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, along with steam-cleaning or shampooing carpets
- Clean windows, and mirrors, using cleaners and sponges and dust furniture, fixtures, machines, and equipment
- Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Set up, arrange, and remove decorations to prepare facilities for events such as banquets and meetings
- Perform routine maintenance activities, including notifying management of need for repairs and removing debris from sidewalks and parking areas
- Other duties as assigned
