- Compensation: Starting pay is $21.95 hrly. End of first year will be $24.70. $27.44 will be end of rate at second year.
- Schedule: ** This position requires flexibility with scheduling** Must be able to work days, nights, and weekends. This position covers vacations and openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Training will be 1st shift, 5:30am-2pm.

Job Description
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating various manual and automated equipment in the production process.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Set up machinery for production and ensure all necessary materials are available
- Operate and monitor production equipment and replenish materials as needed
- Visually inspect production run and document results
- Determine and report malfunctions to the appropriate parties
- Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of general work experience required
- 1+ years of prior warehouse or production experience preferred
- Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment and/or knowledge of industrial technology a plus
- Must have the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend and reach
- Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
