





This role will be filled following our hybrid work model at our Nashville, TN; El Paso, TX; Davenport, IA; or Stevens Point, WI office.
What You'll Do
As an Associate Desk Adjuster, you will:
Attends a new employee training program that includes claim processing in various systems, policy and procedures, and company culture and its application to the Claim environment as needed
Investigates origin and cause of claims by contacting the appropriate parties including insureds, claimants, agents, attorneys, contractors, experts, special investigation unit, other adjusters, public personnel, etc.
Handles files with limited authority based on management discretion.
May be required to complete other assignments, job duties, or participate in projects based upon skills, achievements, or experience.
What it Takes
Ability to obtain and maintain state specific property and casualty claims licensing as required
Basic knowledge and understanding of claim handling processes
Customer service or support experience preferred
Can meet travel requirements as needed
Ability to work in conditions involving sitting/standing
