This internship offers exposure to commercial brokerage operations and is ideal for individuals interested in a career in commercial real estate.   Position Responsibilities:

• Analyst Support - Create lease abstracts, perform basic financial analysis, track specific comp lists
• Marketing Support – Create flyers, edit presentations, implement social media strategies
• Lead Broker Support - Monitor and assist with tracking all Lead Broker’s business activities and communications
• Database Management - Data input, updating, organization, and tracking of investors, properties, markets, and comp data
• Project Coordination - Coordinate targeted direct marketing campaigns, track responses, coordinate follow-ups
• Research - Research of targeted investors, properties, markets, and comp data

What We're Looking For:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
• Interest in commercial real estate and investment sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as part of a team
