Must be located near a Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control facility.



What You Will Be Doing

This role will interact and collaborate with all areas across F&BO in support of 1LMX, Training and Transformation initiatives such as, process transformation and automation, change management, development and execution of training, and central communications. The Financial Transformation Specialist will aim drive digital transformation throughout F&BO by collaborating with employees across functions, Lines of Business (LOB), and programs to identify and drive standard process solutions and automation. This role will be actively involved in solutioning business challenges by addressing data needs, process and tool improvements, and personnel/organizational upskilling. The candidate will be an early adopter of new transformation tools, and actively seek out ways drive adoption of digital solutions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to serve as the lead for MFC F&BO's Digital Ninja platform, where transformation ideas & efforts are captured. The Digital Ninja lead will own all aspects of the platform, from maintain a network of transformation partners across all F&BO functions, hosting meetings with these partners, assisting with transformation workshops, development, and sustainment of a Tableau Dashboard for transparency as well as, metrics capture and benefit reporting. Analyzes business and technical processes to formulate and develop new and modified business information processing systems, such as production and inventory control systems, financial tracking systems, marketing and human resources systems. Represents the business unit to define requirements and business cases for the technology developments. Coordinates with business and technology teams, ascertaining system requirements, such as program functions, output requirements, input data acquisition, and system techniques and controls. Develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness. Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a champion of change, whom has a strong digital and growth mindset, with a drive to significantly contribute to the transformations and 1LMX activities that will reshape Finance & Business Operations.



For a level 3, we typically require 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Basic Qualifications:
Requires knowledge of finance business processes, computer system capabilities, and work flows.

Organizational and change management

Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office products

Experience using collaborative and data management and analysis tools such as: Teams, Confluence, Power Query, Macros, VBA, Tableau or SharePoint

Problem-solving

BS degree

Ability to obtain a DOD Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Relational database structures and data formats

Train the trainer and users on new tools

Skilled in delivering presentations conveying technical data to various organization levels and functions

Experience with utilizing technology such as: alteryx, AI/machine learning, RPA or SQL

Design Thinking/Lean Six Sigma/Agile

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
