As a Global Operations Integrator - Composites, you will play a critical role in overseeing the manufacturing of F-35 components at international co-producer sites. This senior-level position offers a dynamic opportunity to lead efforts in production coordination, technical troubleshooting, and process improvement, ensuring the successful ramp-up to full-rate production of key composite components. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Serve as the Primary Technical Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for the international co-producer in the manufacturing of F-35 composite components, ensuring alignment with Lockheed Martin's standards and expectations.
* Communicate and Address Challenges: Work closely with Lockheed Martin's Technical Assistance Team and domestic production teams to communicate challenges, resource needs, and escalation points in real-time.
* Establish Operating Tempo: Develop and implement a standard operating tempo as production ramps up, ensuring smooth transitions to full-rate production.
* Resolve Technical Issues: Provide hands-on technical support and resolve challenges that arise during production to minimize downtime and ensure production goals are met.
* Manage Operational Schedules: Oversee operational schedules, assess workforce readiness, and identify deficiencies in production timelines to maintain consistent progress.
* Ensure Work in Progress (WIP) Health: Integrate with production leadership to maintain the health of the WIP and facilitate smooth production flow throughout the composite manufacturing process.
* Coordinate with Adjacent Functions: Support adjacent functions, including Traveled Work coordination, BFM (Build, Fabrication, and Manufacturing) processing, and audit preparation to ensure comprehensive project support.
* Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives for continuous improvement by aligning efforts with Lockheed Martin's F-35 best practices, increasing operational efficiency, and mitigating production risks at the co-production site.

Basic Qualifications:
* Experience working with Composites manufacturing - preferably with Bonded Composite Assemblies
* Experience in an F-35 production environment.
* Experience in F-35 Manufacturing Systems (JDL, Catia, etc.)
* Proficiency in Microsoft office tools & systems
* Project planning and manufacturing execution experience
Desired Skills:
* Risk analysis for manufacturing schedule performance.
* Demonstrated strong organizational skills
* Strong skills in continuous improvement project management
* Familiarity with the F-35 Integrated Corrective Action process.
* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 14 years or more of professional experience; or 12 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
* Considered an expert, authority in production operations/manufacturing
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
