The Director of Outlets is responsible for oversight of day to day processes and colleagues of the hotel’s Food & Beverage division consisting of the Food & Beverage Outlets- Escala Provisions Co. Restaurant and Market as well as the banquet operation. The primary duties of this role would include but are not limited to resolving guest concerns, scheduling, coaching and counseling, maintaining department standards, staff development, interviewing/hiring, payroll and supporting the team members within these respective areas. The Director of Outlets is also responsible for maximizing food & beverage revenue, controlling expenses, and driving the highest level of customer service and scores. This individual conducts department meetings and pre-shifts to maintain open communication with colleagues.

Qualifications
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
· Refined verbal and written communication skills
· Ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in Food & Beverage management.
· Good customer skills are also required.
