As Claims Examiner -VT, you can contribute your skills as we harness the power of technology to help our clients improve the health and well-being of the members they serve - a community's most vulnerable. Your role in our mission - Reconcile claims reports. Review and research claims based on claims processing guidelines.
- Refer claims to the appropriate department. Prepare Return to Provider (RTP) forms as necessary when required claim information is missing or is invalid.
- Sort and scan claims reconsiderations. Work on any keying errors previously identified that need to be corrected by pulling the paper batches and rescan the claims.
- Compile information into spreadsheets. Recycle paper claims.
- Access specific files when requested by different departments as well as control the flow of documents in and out of the department.

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
